All payments made to Navotix are final and non-refundable.
Since our services involve custom development, design, consultation, and resource allocation, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Change in business requirements
Project discontinuation by the client
Delay from client’s side in providing content, feedback, or approvals
Client dissatisfaction without allowing agreed revisions
Client choosing not to proceed after work has started
Once payment is made, it cannot be reversed.
As our services begin immediately upon order confirmation, project cancellations are not accepted once work has started.
If the client chooses to terminate the project midway, all paid amounts remain non-refundable and any remaining unpaid fees for completed work must be settled.
All advance and milestone payments are non-refundable.
Work will not proceed beyond specific stages unless payments are cleared as per the agreed schedule.
There are no automatic exceptions to this policy.
Any discretionary exception (rare cases) can only be made in writing by Navotix management.
Navotix is committed to delivering agreed services with professionalism and quality.
Clients are responsible for providing timely content, approvals, and access to avoid delays.
