1. Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement if your product meets the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.


 

2. Non-Replaceable Items

We cannot accept replacements for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Items returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.

  • Clearance sale or “Final Sale” products.


 

3. Replacement Process

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement (subject to stock availability).

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement to you.

  • If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value, as per your preference.


 

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only in cases where the order is cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the product has been shipped, refunds will not be issued. Customers may instead request a replacement under the terms above.


 

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
