1. Eligibility for Replacement

2. Non-Replaceable Items
We cannot accept replacements for:

Clearance sale or “Final Sale” products.
3. Replacement Process

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement (subject to stock availability).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement to you.

If the exact product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value, as per your preference.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in cases where the order is cancelled before dispatch.

Once the product has been shipped, refunds will not be issued. Customers may instead request a replacement under the terms above.
