1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver products across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Remote or rural areas may take longer to deliver.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on selected products and promotional offers (if applicable).
For other orders, shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Payment Methods & COD
We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for selected pin codes.
Additional COD charges may apply, which will be shown at checkout (if applicable).
6. Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Gadgets Arena is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.
If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping information or refusal to accept the order (including COD), re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
We will assist you with a replacement or resolution as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.
