1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver products across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


 

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


 

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Remote or rural areas may take longer to deliver.


 

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on selected products and promotional offers (if applicable).

  • For other orders, shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.


 

5. Payment Methods & COD

  • We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for selected pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply, which will be shown at checkout (if applicable).


 

6. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.


 

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • Gadgets Arena is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping information or refusal to accept the order (including COD), re-delivery charges may apply.


 

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • We will assist you with a replacement or resolution as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.
