1. Introduction

Welcome to Navotix. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all services including software development, website development, e-commerce solutions, CRM, LMS, ERP, and related IT services provided by Navotix.


2. Services

Navotix provides customized software solutions and digital development services based on client requirements.
Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be shared through proposal or agreement documents.


3. Payment Terms

  • 20% advance payment required to start the project

  • 70% payment before final delivery

  • Remaining 10% after deployment & final testing (if applicable)

  • Work begins only after advance payment is received

  • Delayed payments may attract late fees as per agreement

No refunds once payment is made, as services are customized and resource time is allocated.


4. Revisions

Navotix provides 2 free revisions per module/design page.
Additional revisions or change requests beyond finalized scope may incur extra cost.


5. Client Responsibilities

Client must provide all necessary:

  • Content (text, images, videos, documents, product info, etc.)

  • Business information and access credentials

  • Timely feedback and approvals

Delays in providing required information will extend the delivery timeline.


6. Delay Clause

If the client fails to provide content, feedback, approvals, or required access on time, the timeline will be automatically extended and Navotix will not be held responsible for delays.


7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Navotix retains full rights to all:

  • Frameworks

  • Code structure

  • Reusable components

  • Backend templates and modules

Client receives license to use the developed solution after full payment.

Custom features or unique modules built specifically for the client will belong to the client once full payment is completed.


8. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting and deployment services are available at extra cost depending on hosting provider and technical requirements.


9. Support Policy

Navotix offers paid support for 6 months after project delivery, depending on the project and support scope.

Support includes bug fixes only — enhancements or feature additions will be billed separately.


10. Third-Party Services

Costs for third-party services such as:

  • Hosting

  • Domain

  • SSL Certificates

  • Transaction gateways

  • APIs

  • External plugins/services

are not included unless mentioned in the proposal.


11. Confidentiality & NDA

Navotix and the client agree to maintain confidentiality for all shared business information. An NDA will be honored upon request.


12. Portfolio Rights

Navotix reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise with the client in writing.


13. Limitations

Navotix is not responsible for:

  • Loss caused by third-party providers

  • Client misuse of software

  • Data loss due to client hosting or unauthorized access


14. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.


15. Acceptance

By signing a project agreement or making a payment to Navotix, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
