1. Warranty Policy

We provide a 6‑month limited warranty on eligible products, starting from the date of delivery.

What is Covered Under Warranty

  • Functional issues not caused by external damage

What is NOT Covered Under Warranty

  • Physical or liquid damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs

  • Software issues, compatibility issues, or updates

  • Accessories such as charging cables (unless specified)

Warranty Claim Process

  • Customers must contact our support team within the warranty period

  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is mandatory

  • The product may need to be shipped to our service center for inspection

  • If approved, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion

Shipping charges for warranty claims may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

2. Replacement Policy (2‑Day Replacement)

We offer a 2‑day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible Replacement Reasons

  • Product received is defective

  • Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

Replacement Conditions

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement claims

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories

  • Physical damage caused after delivery is not eligible

Once approved, a replacement will be shipped after the returned product is received and verified.

3. Non‑Replacement / Non‑Warranty Items

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Issues reported after the replacement or warranty period

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Final decision on warranty or replacement claims rests with Gadgets Arena
